Wednesday, 6:15 PM - 7:30 PM | Library
More Detail
One Thousand Gifts beckons you to leave the parched ground of pride, fear, and white-knuckle control and abandon yourself to the God who overflows your cup. In this 5 session, video-based Bible Study, Ann encourages participants to take on the life-changing discipline of journaling God's gifts - to really look and find the good in it. It's only in this expressing of gratitude for the life we already have that we discover the life we've always wanted... a life we can take, give thanks for, and break for others. And only then can we come to feel and know the impossible right down in our bones: we are wildly loved - by God.

SS - Couples of the Old Testament
Sunday, 9:45 AM - 10:45 AM | Purple Classroom
More Detail
The Bible tells the stories of fascinating men and women in relationship: couples who live with chronic disappointment, couples who overcome all obstacles to be together, in-laws who can't stand each other, a wife who risks death if she walks in on her husband unannounced, and a husband who takes back his wife when she becomes a prostitute. There are arranged marriages, fiercely loving marriages, enduring marriages, an instant marriage, a coerced marriage and a perfect marriage - until the couple blew it! Come dig deep into God's Word and learn important lessons about marriage, God and yourself as you explore relationships in the Old Testament.
