Dear Loving Father,

We are full of anxieties in this world, we know we can cast those on you because we can trust you.  You are our rock.  We also know that we have bodies that are aging and wasting away bit by bit, but our inner self is being renewed when we come to your word in scripture.  We have learned that you, O Lord, supply all our needs because you have plans for us.  So, we know of your powerful ways, and we meditate on those.  One plain thing is that Your ways are not our thoughts, but are different.  When we read scripture we know that you O God, guided those who wrote them all.  As we meditate on these things, "let the words of my mouth an the medications of my heart be acceptable in your sight, my rock and Redeemer" Psalms 104:34  Your presence is all we need.   Amen.

"Keep this Book of the Law always on your lips; meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do everything written in it.  Then you will be prosperous and successful."  Joshua 1:8
